Tyrol’s tourism relies on certified safety – and we, the Eggerstüberl in Ischgl, are on board: we take our role as a responsible host seriously and use the “SAFE SERVICE” learning app as a modern training tool for our staff. Our business has successfully completed digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, distancing rules, hygiene or the contactless customer experience. New regulations, for example on admission tests, guest registration and prevention concepts, are also part of the training. In the event of significant changes, the app informs us directly by push message to our mobile phone.
As a result, we practise SAFE SERVICE® and always know which precautionary and safety measures are to be implemented for our guests.
We also deliberately publicise this and highlight that we are a SAFE SERVICE® company. We are therefore doing our bit to raise the region’s profile as a safe holiday destination.
