Short break supplement:

For a short stay we charge a supplement of €10 per person

Ski passes:

You can purchase your ski pass conveniently and easily at the reception desk against cash payment. (Same prices as the cable cars)

Child discount:

Deposit:

For a firm booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total agreed price within ten days. To avoid possible charges for international transfers, please always indicate the Swift Code and IBAN.

Deposits are no longer refundable, but credited towards your next stay with us!

Payments:

The hotel bill can be paid by cash, EC card or credit card.

Arrival and departure:

Check-in: from 3 p.m., check-out: by 11 a.m.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the room rate will be charged for the respective booked days. (No deductions)

Please notify us by phone if your arrival should be delayed and you will only be arriving after 6 p.m.

Cancellations:

Are only valid in writing.

Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival,
We charge 70% of the total agreed price up to 1 week before arrival,
90% of the total agreed price in the last week preceding the date of arrival.

Should less than the booked number of people arrive, the full room rate will be charged.

Information on COVID-19:

At the moment there are no requirements regarding mask and test or vaccination. Nevertheless, it is pointed out that the hygiene guidelines are observed as best as possible. Furthermore, it is not forbidden to wear a mask for self-protection reasons.

Parking:

We provide all our guests with garage spaces right next to the hotel (€ 7,-- / day and car), these do not need to be reserved.

Travel insurance:

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can find more detailed information at: www.europäische.at

Our safety concept

It goes without saying that we do everything we can for the safety of our guests and staff. Nevertheless, it is also important to us that our practised hospitality and cordiality are not forgotten. Look forward to a safe and good time thanks to our exposed location.

Personal responsibility and common sense are also required with the variety of measures that we implement with full responsibility. The required minimum distance of at least 1 m can be maintained everywhere and we will be happy to provide you with detailed information here about the measures in the individual areas.

They are continuously adapted to the Austrian Federal Government’s official requirements. Please note that there may be changes at short notice!

Arrival & Check in/Check out:

On the day of arrival, your room will be available to you as usual from 3.00 pm.
The room release time on the day of departure remains unchanged at 11.00 a.m. - we kindly ask you to keep to this time in order to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals for the following guests.
We ask you to clarify this with the reception beforehand.
Please park your car yourself in the nearby garage (free of charge),
we cannot offer a valet service at the moment.

Breakfast & Dinner:

Please wait at the entrance, you will be seated.
Please disinfect your hands before entering the buffet area.
Please understand that not all table requests can be considered.

Wellness:

Please note the maximum number of people (room by room registration) in the saunas and steam bath

Rooms:

Throughout the house, we have been working according to a strict hygiene and cleaning plan for years.
We have now modified this once again, including disinfecting all surfaces in the room as a final step.
Please use the toilet in your room as a priority.
Please air your room regularly.

General:

Our cleaning and disinfection plan has been coordinated based on the current hygiene guidelines of the Austrian Hoteliers Association.

Please disinfect your hands regularly
Disinfection racks are distributed throughout the house in sensible places.
Cleaning intervals have been increased.
All cleaning supplies include disinfectant.
The same rules of conduct and hygiene apply behind the scenes and to our suppliers.
